This is a great article with an excellent message. I feel like I live with this idea in mind everyday. I never wait for the “norm”. Youngest person hired to my agency’s program, youngest manager in the angency’s history, and I’m read to keep driving at my speed all the way to the top!
Master Poto’s Tune of the Week. Week 5 I bring to you the new single by the band The Dirty Heads called “Spread Too Thin”. The song is easy to listen to, easy to relate too, and just perfect for some easy listening. I hear these guys and I always think of sitting on a beach with a nice cold beer in my hand. Enjoy this sweet tune and the pretty funny music video they made to go along with it.
I thought the article I posted a few weeks ago about the drunken Canadian idiots who rode naked through the carwash were some of the dumbest members of the gene pool, but this guy truly takes the cake.
Get this! A guy gets out of the liquor store and then straps his 4 young kids to the hood of the car AND drives away! If that isn’t the definition of a wack job..and a shitty father then I don’t know what is!
Flash mobs are TERRIBLE, but this one is THE exception. Classy, clever, and cultured. Anyone thinking about organizing a flashmob, just watch this video instead please! Enjoy people!
Eric LeGrand was signed by the Buccaneers! A great day for Rutgers University, the Buccaneers, and the NFL! Check out the link! :-)
Life is Like....
- Hillier: You know what life's life?
- Me: What's life like?
- Hillier: Life's like a roll of toilet paper!
- Me: ...Okay I'll bite. Why's life like a roll of toilet paper?
- Hillier: Life's like a roll of toilet paper because the closer to the end you get the faster it goes.
- Me: ....that was by far the most philosophical toilet humor I've heard in a while.
"The real trouble with reality is that there’s no background music."
Master Poto’s Tune of the Week 4. This week I’m sharing a song by the Welsch band The Joy Formidable called “Whirring”. This trio literally packs a wall of sound into their music. This is can especially be heard on their album “The Big Roar” in which this track “Whirring” is found. This song has been out for probably about a year now in the US, but everytime it pops up on my iPod I feel like I’m hearing it again for the first time. So check them out and enjoy “Whirring”!

Exactly why I’m successful at life!!
I feel weird posting a commercial, but I just really like this one so I thought why not share? A 2 and 1/2 minute love story with a cute song and a funny story arch. Enjoy it! And if you’re ever looking for a place to vacation in the midwest…I hear Kansas City is nice. “It’s the Paris of the Plains!”
